Initiate Your Request

Quality Inspection
Our team will review your claim and provide a Return Authorization if the product is unused and in its original packaging.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your tumbler and ship it back to our Karachi warehouse using a trackable courier service of your choice.
Processing Refund
